Instruction & Commission

If technical commissioning of mediproud equipment is required in your institution, a qualified technician will be provided to do this, and to deliver comprehensive instruction on how to operate the device.

Software Upgrades

The mediproud stimulator software can be upgraded to expand functionality and to improve on existing features and functions. These software updates are available for mediproud branded stimulators only.

Repair Services

mediproud is committed to providing support and repair for stimulators up to 10 years old. We will strive to repair older products, however certain parts may no longer be available, meaning that, despite our best efforts, repair may be impossible.  In the event your product does become obsolete, we do operate a trade-in scheme. While many repairs are performed at mediproud, minor repairs can be performed locally by a mediproud representative. Please contact info@mediproud.com
